Point your camera
Any recent phone works: clip it to your chest and go, or wear smart glasses if you have them. Before you record, the app shows you exactly how to frame the shot.
Claim a bounty and complete the task
Choose an open task, follow the on-screen checklist, and do it as you normally would. Normal everyday tasks, recorded from your point of view. Most tasks take 5 to 15 minutes, with a minimum of 2 minutes 45 seconds per clip.
Pass our quality control, get paid
Automated review scores your clip against the task specification. Accepted footage is paid by the minute, from $3.75 to $25.00 per footage-hour, and sent straight to your wallet.

Months 1–12 — everyone
For every accepted clip your recruits film, you earn an additional 10% throughout their entire first year. They keep 100% of their pay, and your share always comes from our side.
Month 13+ — Foreman & up
Maintain the tier and keep working, and your override never expires: 5% on your crew's accepted clips for as long as you hold Foreman. It pauses after 90 days of inactivity and resumes the day you re-qualify.

Accepted work always pays on your tier's schedule, at no cost. In a hurry? Cash out within the hour for a fee that shrinks as you climb.
Standard, always free
Accepted clips accrue to your balance and pay out on your badge or holder schedule, in as little as 48 hours at Master tier. Scheduled payouts are never subject to a fee. Minimum payout is $5.00.
Instant, within the hour
Skip the schedule, pay a small fee. Instant payouts sweep every hour.

Every acceptance and rejection includes the measurement behind it: resolution, framing, and task match. You always see exactly why, and you can always re-film.
Buyer disputes are ours to handle
Work that passes review is paid on schedule, without exception. If a buyer challenges a clip later, the cost comes from our reserve, never from your pocket.
